The attention to detail in the Annexe At Cedar Cottage was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from the cozy decor to the provided welcome pack of essentials. We especially loved the peaceful and private walled garden, perfect for our furry friend. The location was also a highlight, with the tranquility of the rural setting just minutes away from the renowned garlic farm. We can't wait to return for another delightful getaway.

The Annexe at Cedar Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and friendly host, Lisa, who made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is a charming and cozy retreat nestled in a picturesque village. The attention to detail was remarkable, with everything we needed for a perfect getaway provided, from toiletries to towels and even a hairdryer. The layout of the Annexe was ideal, with a spacious bedroom and a lovely shower. The conservatory was a wonderful addition, although we wished there was a 3-seater sofa and a TV in there for added comfort. Nonetheless, the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the Annexe made up for it. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack consisting of coffee, tea, milk, fruit, bread, and butter. The availability of board games and DVDs was a nice touch as well. The property offered plenty of privacy, and the two beautiful fires with wood provided created a cozy ambiance. The location was perfect, with lots of footpaths and bike routes for those who enjoy outdoor activities. We also discovered a charming cafe nearby called Pedallers Cafe. our stay at the Annexe was exceptional, and we can't wait to return.
Although the mattress was slightly uncomfortable and the armchairs had broken bases, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall experience. The garden could benefit from some tidying and more comfortable seating as well.

Great location on the Isle of Wight, with easy access to various places on the island. Plenty of footpaths and bike routes nearby. Pedallers Cafe just a short walk away. a quiet and idyllic place to relax.
The mattress was slightly uncomfortable, felt like it sloped off the bed. Shower/ensuite was a bit cramped, and a larger shower-head would have been nice.
